The costs vary depending on the type of job (hostess, service, model, promoter, etc.). The hourly rate that you pay as a customer varies depending on the location, duration and area of responsibility. Language requirements are included in the price.

No, as we have staff throughout Germany, there are no additional costs for travel, accommodation or catering. You only pay for the staff and admission.

No, we charge overtime at the same hourly rate every 15 minutes. There are no additional fees.

For German companies and customers of Koelnmesse GmbH, invoicing takes place after the service has been provided. You only pay after you have made use of our services. For foreign exhibitors, payment is made before the personnel are deployed.

Nein, wir sind flexibel. Auch bei kurzfristigen Anfragen schaffen wir es stets innerhalb von 120 Minuten passendes Personal für ihren Einsatz zu disponieren. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass bei Beauftragung weniger als 7 Tage vor Einsatzbeginn Gebühren für die Kurzfristigkeit anfallen.

Sie können eine unverbindliche Anfrage stellen und erhalten dann ein Angebot von uns. Das Angebot wird erst gültig, wenn Sie sich für Personal von uns entscheiden. Alternativ können Sie uns anrufen oder eine E-Mail an @staff.direct senden.

Before you decide on personnel profiles from our free personnel proposal (sedcards), all parameters of your personnel request can be changed. However, once staff have been booked, no further adjustments can be made. The booking is then binding in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

Depending on your requirements, you will receive the first personnel proposals within a few hours.

You only pay if we have staff working for you. If the staff are unavailable and we are unable to provide a replacement, you only pay for the time actually worked. 

Yes, our staff are insured against accidents during the assignment. 

Please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution together (possibly also a short-term replacement). 

Thanks to our standby lists, we always have adequate replacement staff on standby. If someone falls ill, it is important that we are notified immediately so that we can organize a replacement as quickly as possible. 

No, the staff are responsible for their own catering. Nevertheless, everyone is happy to receive small snacks or drinks.

Please discuss this with us first. As the employer of the staff, we are obliged to ensure compliance with the defined areas of responsibility. It is possible, provided that both parties agree on a change to the area of responsibility.

Our personnel pool comprises over 12,000 employees throughout Germany with a wide range of language skills. It is no problem for us to find staff who speak your desired languages.
